What does superward 6 encompass?
Superward 6 represents approximately half of Norfolk's citizens. The superward acts as a modified "at-large" ward, overlaying *most* (not all) of Ward 1 (Vice Mayor, Martin Thomas, Jr.), Ward 2 (Councilwoman Courtney Doyle) and Ward 5 (Councilman Tommy Smigiel).
